Rethabile Taung Day Care

Rethabile Taung Day Care is filled with the sounds of joyful exploration on its newly installed jungle gym. “The kids here at the creche did not have a playground before. It’s colourful, bright and educational for the kids,” shares assistant teacher, Kagiso Nonyane.

The jungle gym supports physical fitness and also creates a natural setting for children to develop strong social skills and emotional resilience as they navigate challenges together. This facility is a powerful statement about investing in the well-being of the youngest members of the community.

TEkuphileni Day Care in the East Rand has received a significant boost to its facilities with the installation of a new jungle gym, courtesy of the Siyasizana initiative. “We’d like to thank SASKO so much for the jungle gym. It has been a great help in developing the gross motor skills, and the social skills of our kids. We love you SASKO,” shares an appreciative teacher from the day care.
