- 6 slices SASKO LOW GI DUMPY WHOLE WHEAT BROWN BREAD
- 125 ml mayonnaise mixed with 1 tbsp mustard
- 120 g leftover gammon (sliced)
- 150 g leftover turkey (sliced)
- 1 tomato (sliced)
- 100 g cheese (sliced)
- Lettuce
- 6 slices SASKO LOW GI DUMPY WHOLE WHEAT BROWN BREAD
- 4 fluid oz. mayonnaise mixed with 1 tbsp mustard
- 4.23 oz. leftover gammon (sliced)
- 5.29 oz. leftover turkey (sliced)
- 1 tomato (sliced)
- 3.52 oz. cheese (sliced)
- Lettuce
Method
- Spread a little mustard mayonnaise onto each slice of bread.
- Share the slices of ham between two of the slices of bread and top the ham with equal amounts of cheese.
- Layer another piece of bread on top of the ham and cheese and top with slices of turkey and tomato.
- Season with salt and pepper and finish with lettuce and the last two slices of bread.
Variation: Instead of cheese you could use a layer of leftover stuffing. Variation: You could also add a little leftover cranberry sauce to the sandwich for sheer indulgence.
