SASKO OVEN BAKED BLUEBERRY SKILLET – SASKO

500 g SASKO FLAPJACK MIX
30 ml vegetable oil
2 extra large eggs
550 ml milk
1 tsp butter, softened
1 cup frozen blueberries

17.64 oz SASKO FLAPJACK MIX
1.01 oz vegetable oil
2 extra large eggs
18.60 oz milk
1 tsp butter, softened
1 cup frozen blueberries

Method

Preheat the oven to 200C.
Prepare a large oven proof skillet by rubbing it with 1 tsp of butter. Set aside.
In a bowl, whisk together the oil, eggs and milk.
Gradually add SASKO FLAPJACK MIX and beat thoroughly with a whisk until the batter is smooth.
Fold in the blueberries and let the batter set in the fridge for 30 minutes
Pour the batter into the skillet.
Bake for 35 – 40 minutes.
Let it cool before serving.
