Sasko Siyasizana, a leading advocacy campaign focused on child development and well-being through Better Quality Play will continue its quest to positively impact 5 million children by 20230 through Better Quality Play.

De Von Malan Primary school in Eastern Cape and Vrolike Vinkies Daycare in Western Cape are amongst the 36 Early Childhood Development Centres and Primary Schools that will see their playgrounds revamped by Sasko.

Sasko will hand over a new playground to the 36 schools across South Africa to emphasize the critical role of high-quality play in children’s lives. The campaign aims to raise awareness among parents, educators, and policymakers about the significance of play in fostering holistic development, creativity, and emotional resilience among children.

The campaign is currently live and will run until 30 April 2024, and it offers Sasko bread consumers an opportunity to nominate schools and communities that need the playgrounds.
