Ingredients

  • 2 slices of SASKO LOW GI CRANBERRY BROWN BREAD
  • 3 slices turkey cold meat
  • 4-5 cherry tomatoes, cut into halves
  • Watercress leaves, broken into bread-sized pieces
  • 2 tsp. (10 ml) plain hummus

Method

  1. Spread hummus onto inside of each slice of toasted bread.
  2. Place watercress leaves onto bread along with the turkey slices.
  3. Top with cherry tomatoes.
  4. Close sandwich.
