    1. Grill or fry bacon until crisp and browned, then set aside to cool.
    2. Spread a little mayonnaise onto each slice of bread then top 4 of the slices with a little lettuce.
    3. Add slices of tomato, bacon, a little salt and pepper and the remaining slices of SASKO LOW GI DUMPY WHOLE WHEAT BROWN BREAD / SASKO PREMIUM SLICES BROWN BREAD

Alternative: For a breakfast treat add a fried egg to each sandwich or for a little something different add some slices of avocado
