- 250g Streaky/back bacon
- 2 Large, ripe tomatoes (sliced)
- 1 Head fancy lettuce/butter lettuce
- Tangy Mayonnaise to spread
- 8 Slices SASKO LOW GI DUMPY WHOLE WHEAT BROWN BREAD / SASKO PREMIUM SLICES BROWN BREAD
- 8.82 oz Streaky/back bacon
- 2 Large, ripe tomatoes (sliced)
- 1 Head fancy lettuce/butter lettuce
- Tangy Mayonnaise to spread
Method
- Grill or fry bacon until crisp and browned, then set aside to cool.
- Spread a little mayonnaise onto each slice of bread then top 4 of the slices with a little lettuce.
- Add slices of tomato, bacon, a little salt and pepper and the remaining slices of SASKO LOW GI DUMPY WHOLE WHEAT BROWN BREAD / SASKO PREMIUM SLICES BROWN BREAD
Alternative: For a breakfast treat add a fried egg to each sandwich or for a little something different add some slices of avocado
